3D Ultrasound at 10 Weeks

  • A 3D ultrasound can show a more detailed view of your baby’s head, limbs, and body shape.

  • The heartbeat is strong and visible, and your baby may even be seen making small movements.

  • While still tiny, your baby’s features are becoming clearer, making this an exciting stage to see on ultrasound!

The Baby’s Development

  • All major organs are forming and starting to function.

  • Arms and legs are longer, and tiny fingernails and toenails are beginning to grow.

  • The head is more rounded, and the facial features are becoming more defined.

  • Your baby can bend their elbows and move their hands, though movements are still too small for you to feel.

Your Body’s Changes

  • Pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue, and mood swings may still be present.

  • Your uterus has grown to accommodate your baby’s development.

  • Some women start noticing a small baby bump at this stage.
